The Coordinating Partner (ULEME E.E.I.G.) will undertake the central Management role in the project. The ULEME E.E.I.G. is a legal body with seat in Augsburg, Germany, formed by the two principal participants in the Project namely MAN and WARTSILA specifically to take the place of Coordinating Partner No.1 in the HERCULES programme including I.P. HERCULES (A) and HERCULES-B projects.
